‘London contractor breaks £100m turnover figure for first time’

We’re delighted to share that this current financial year Quinn London have achieved a huge milestone in achieving £100m – ahead of our 25th Anniversary next June.

Alongside this record revenue, we are also pleased to announce a strategic restructure with Pat McGrath being promoted from Construction Director and Gerry O’Connor being promoted from Property Services Director to Joint Managing Directors. Their leadership will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s future strategy, continuing to enhance the capacity to deliver high-quality projects across London.

Seamus Quinn, who has led the company as Managing Director since its formation, will move into the role of Group Chairman. His new position will allow him to provide guidance to the newly appointed Joint Managing Directors as they continue to grow the business.

Seamus Quinn statement: “As Quinn London approaches its 25th year, I could not be prouder of what we have accomplished. Reaching £100 million in turnover is a testament to the dedication of our team, our partners, and our clients. I am excited about this next stage, and with Pat and Gerry at the helm, I have full confidence that Quinn London will continue to grow and succeed.”

Pat McGrath and Gerry O’Connor joint statement: “We are honoured to take on these new roles and are excited about the future of Quinn London. With a strong foundation and an exceptional team, we look forward to building on our successes and leading the company into its next phase of innovation and growth.”
