Project Win – LB Barnet Retro Fit

We are thrilled to announce that our ongoing relationship with Barnet Homes Ltd has resulted in another project win. This time, our focus is on enhancing energy performance in properties, marking a significant step towards a more sustainable future.

Currently, many properties within the community have D and E ratings on their Energy Performance Certificates, indicating substandard energy efficiency. However, we are committed to transforming these homes into highly efficient living spaces with ratings C and above, thereby greatly improving their energy performance.

To achieve this goal, this project will include a wide range of upgrades. We will implement various measures such as wall insulation, roof insulation, window and door replacements, heating control and components, ventilation and draught proofing, and underfloor insulation. By introducing these upgrades, we aim to not only increase energy efficiency but also provide residents with a more comfortable and eco-friendly living environment. 🍃
