Project update

Quinn London are currently working on an enhancement project at Pennethorne House on behalf of  Origin Housing. The improvements have included, window replacements with energy-efficient double-glazed windows, roof repairs to address leaks, external brick and structural repairs and the Redecoration of the building

Due to the project’s success, we’ve expanded our works to internal decorations, further enhancing the building’s aesthetic and functionality. The response to these works has been overwhelmingly positive, with residents appreciating the extended improvements to their homes.

As part of our commitment to community engagement, we recently hosted a coffee morning for the residents, featuring a raffle, gifts, and a chance to celebrate together. The initiative was well received and highlighted our focus on fostering positive relationships with the community.
