Five of our projects have achieved an “Excellent” score on recent CCS audits. The sites included range from our Property Services, Heritage & Central London divisions.

The Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS) encourages best practices beyond statutory requirements for construction sites. Excelling on this scheme demonstrates a commitment to being a considerate neighbour, minimising environmental impact, and prioritizing a safe and healthy work environment.
