Electric Vehicles & Solar Panels

Quinn London have made significant strides towards achieving net zero emissions through the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) and solar-powered cabin welfare facilities.

In our first year of our net zero journey, we have replaced 17% of our diesel-powered fleet with electric vehicles, dramatically reducing our carbon footprint and cutting transport-related emissions. This transition not only provided environmental benefits but also resulted in cost savings on fuel and maintenance.

Employees reported a quieter, cleaner driving experience, and the installation of EV charging stations at our offices ensured convenient access to power.

We have also introduced solar-powered cabin welfare facilities on construction sites, replacing traditional diesel generators with solar panels and battery storage systems. These cabins feature energy-efficient lighting, heating, and cooling systems powered entirely by renewable energy. The shift to solar power eliminated the noise and pollution associated with diesel generators and further reduced site emissions.
