Our Supply Chain
At Quinn London when we look to select subcontractors for projects we turn to our closely vetted database. We have developed long term relationships with our supply chain partners forged over years working together on many successful projects. All of the companies selected for work form part of our select sub-contract database.
To ensure consistent quality is achieved on any project, we carry out a rigorous vetting process on any company that wishes to join our approved list of sub-contractors they must complete a pre-qualification questionnaire which covers technical experience, quality assurance, health safety and environmental, equal opportunities, insurance and guarantees.
On site, sub-contractors must work to a consistently high standard, ensuring quality assurance procedures are maintained and enhanced. Zero defects must be the target on every project completed and maintenance in defects periods should be robust and proactive. The resources will be benched mark from the agreement set in the contract regarding resources and programme and then afterwards the progress and resources will be agreed.
