We brought Quinn in to work with us in very tight time-scales to deliver the conversion of an outdated disused nursing home into a modern, fit for purpose supported accommodation some of our most vulnerable residents. The project team at Quinn worked closely with our project manager and lead commissioner to develop a very good quality of accommodation with changes to internal layouts and renewal of MEP, meeting our residents needs and upgrading the building to current regulatory requirements. The team at Quinn worked really well with us to achieve this outcome and delivered the completed facility rapidly and to budget in a demanding time-scale.
